Popeye's Ice Cream

2 cups fresh spinach
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
3/4 cup half and half or almond milk
1/4 cup agave nectar

Blend above ingredients then add

1/3 cup powdered milk
2 1/2 cups ice

blend (in a BlendTec place on ice cream or milk shake setting)

Fajita Seasoning

I have started making our own fajita seasoning so I can be sure it is Gluten Free. I found it on Recipezar.com. I have manipulated it a little.

Makes a total of 10 tsp.

1 tbsp. Corn Starch
2 heaping tsp. chili powder
2 heaping tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. crushed chicken bouillion cube
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin

Combine all ingredients and mix.
I use it just like the packets, but estimated. I dump some of the seasoning and add a little water.
